We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incomplete products (missing parts).
Please note: We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. However, in exceptional cases where we do approve a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost, which is fixed at $5.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and not as described.
Fees & Refunds:
Return Cost: 100% Free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. (A $5 return shipping fee applies only to approved exceptional returns, such as change of mind).
Refund Method: You will receive a full cash refund. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis in Lebanon, your cash refund will be securely processed and sent to you via local money transfer services (such as OMT or Whish Money) within 3 to 5 business days after we inspect the returned item.
