M110 consumables glue precautions.
(1) M110 three layer synthetic thermal label paper is used for: carton packaging, clothing label, supermarket food, jewelry, barcode, QR-code label paper, asset storage, office books, etc.
(2) The label can be affixed to various paper materials such as printing paper, newspaper, coated paper, cover paper, dictionary paper, copy paper, card stock, etc. It can also be affixed to rubber sheets, tempered rubber sheets, clear rubber sheets and other rubber sheets as well as glass, ceramics, wood, steel and aluminum surfaces.
(3) Label paper should not be stuck on uneven surfaces and surfaces containing moisture or oil stains. It should not be fixed on the surface of some rough objects. It should not be used on PVC rubber sheets or PVC materials, it may peel off. An article such as a film having a plasticizer component in contact with the print surface, which can lead to discoloration of the print mark.
(4) Labels that have been affixed shall be protected from contact with corrosive chemical materials such as water and alcohol, as well as prolonged exposure to high temperatures, sunlight or ultraviolet light.
(5) The printing surface (i.e. the heat-sensitive coating layer) cannot contact alkaline substances (such as: alkaline liquid, alkaline pen, alkaline glue, etc.), alkaline substances will damage the heat-sensitive coating. Text printed on the surface may fade and become illegible.
(6) Label paper is not suitable for use in high temperature environments, and the surface of the printed coating is prone to deterioration and blackening.
